We're very excited to welcome Neel and the Himalayan Kitchen to their first pop-up CanTeen - on the back of their success Pengelicious in August 2016. All these dishes are exclusive to tonight, not on the restaurant menu (yet), and are North Indian dishes that Neel perfected while working at Michelin starred restaurant Tamarind.

Mixed vegetable pakora with homemade chutney
Chicken lababdar: chicken cooked in a Nepalese herbs and spices with tomato, onion, capsicum and creamy gravy.
Dahi baingan: baby fried brinjal cooked with onion, tomatao, yogurt and Nepalese herbs & spices.
All main courses services with rice & naan.
Gajur halwa with coconut ice-creams or fruit salad, Gajur halwa is a Nepalese homemade carrot pudding including freshly grated carrots, milk, sugar, sultana, kaju and butter.
